Community Day

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Ansdell & Fairhaven Parish Council Community Day at Fairhaven Lake. It was fantastic to see so many local residents come along and support our very first event.

Thank you to all our brilliant stallholders, to Your Gym for kicking off the day with a summer workout, and to our entertainers Mel, Just Chris, the Calendar Girls, and Bernie Christopher who kept the energy high all day.

We’re also grateful to Councillor Deborah Wilkinson, Chair Paul Wilkinson, Councillor Joanna Firth - Williams, Joanna Day Perkins, and Councillor Amy Barnes for their support, as well as Friends of Fairhaven Lake and Alan’s team for refreshments , Treasure Hunt and the heritage walks.

Finally, thank you to the Lake staff and Fylde Borough Council for looking after us so well. Our first Community Day was a great success.
